Do I need my own courier accounts?
No. Motho's negotiated rates cover the whole network. If you already have your own rate card with a courier, you can plug it in on Growth and above.
What do courier charges cost?
Exactly what you see on the quote. We don't mark up the rate you book — the platform fee is the plan.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can move up or down whenever your volume changes.
What happens over the shipment limit?
Nothing breaks. You'll be prompted to upgrade, and overage is billed at a flat per-shipment rate until you do.
